SBA Loans
Small businesses are the foundation of our economy and our community. Worthington Financial specializes in Small Business Administration (SBA) lending for the small business owner looking to purchase or refinance commercial real estate or seeking business capital. The SBA is a government agency that provides support to small businesses by offering financing at an affordable cost. The SBA offers loans up to $2 million and programs with low down-payment options and broader qualification terms than other lenders allowing a greater number of small businesses to obtain financing.
There are two different loan programs offered by the SBA, 504 loans and 7(a) loans. Loan program 504 offers long-term, fixed rate financing secured to owner occupied commercial real estate. Loan program 7(a) offers guaranteed financing for a variety of general business purposes.
Congress is expected to extend the SBA loan fee waiver when they reconvene in September; continuing to aid small businesses seeking financing. Please contact us if you would like more information on the SBA loan programs.
Sustainability in Technology
Worthington Financial is committed to sustainable practices that not only allow our business to be highly efficient, but also have a minimal impact on the environment. New advances in technology enable us to store documents and files electronically on our secure system, as well as provide paperless options for signing documents greatly reducing the amount of paper used for each transaction. For your security and convenience, we now have the capability to provide electronic copies of documents that can be e-signed in just minutes. This technology is secure and compliant with the Federal E-Signature Act of 2000 and allows clients to save and print copies of the documents. We also work with many lenders who offer paperless closings which is fast becoming the future of the industry. Imagine instead of leaving the closing table with a stack of papers you can now walk out with just a CD or a flash drive about the size of your car key!
